2026/2027 Schedule

Joining a group of families or couples for a weeklong or weekend event at Sonrise is a different experience from your typical vacation or getaway. Please carefully read the policies below before you register and let us know if you have any questions.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: The arrival window is between 3pm and 6pm on the first day of your retreat. Each retreat concludes on the final day at 11:00 am (Family Retreats) and 1:00 pm (Marriage Retreats).

ATTENDANCE POLICY: When making travel plans, please keep in mind that the retreat curriculum and activities are intentionally distributed throughout the entire retreat. Therefore, leaving early or arriving late is something we strongly discourage; we’ve found it negatively impacts the retreat experience for you and others. Additionally, please note that our Family Retreats are designed for your entire family. Please register only for a retreat that allows for all members of your family to attend the entire retreat.

PET POLICY: Due to housing, guest interaction, allergies, and pet-to-pet issues we are not able to accommodate your pets at Sonrise Mountain Ranch.

• For Family Retreats, a non-refundable deposit of $700 is due at time of registration. The total retreat cost is $790/adult and $250/child (no matter the age), with a family maximum of $2580. The remaining retreat balance is due no later than March 1st.
• For Marriage Retreats, full payment of $460 is due at time of registration.
• Due to the number of families desiring to attend our retreats, and the limited spaces that are available, we ask that each family only register for themselves.

• For Family Retreats, cancellations before March 31 are refundable minus the deposit paid at time of registration.  Cancellations after March 31 are not refundable.
• For Marriage Retreats, cancellations within 21 days of retreat start date are not refundable.
